NEW AED's PLACED INTO SERVICE JANUARY 06 - When seconds count in a cardiac arrest situation, it is important that we get to the patient quickly and have the most up to date equipment to give a better chance to survival. ITLS Certification NOVEMBER 21 - Over the past two weeks volunteers and staff have been attending an Intermediate Trauma Life Support class instructed by PHRN, Leo Scaccia from Medic 93 of Brandywine Hospital. The class included 10 hours of lecture time and 6 hours of practical testing. Providers spent countless hours studying to further their knowledge of traumatic injuries. Entrapment In West Nantmeal NOVEMBER 13 - On Friday afternoon the Honey Brook Fire Company and the Brandywine Hospital Medic 93 were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash with reported entrapment in front of 501 Chestnut Tree Road in Honey Brook Township.
