Today EMT's C. Dunlap, D. Leaman, J. Schreiber, D/C J. Carmen, and Chief N. Spece attended the first ever tricycle race at Reading Hospital as part of their EMS Week celebration. After many weeks of intense training Elverson EMS placed 1st at the race. After a grand entrance with fog rolling out of our trailer and Bad to The Bone blaring on the radio the race team road out of the trailer sporting their safety gear. Thanks to Wal-Mart of Morgantown we were able to donate two of the tricycles used in the race to needy children in the Berks County area.
